POWER OF ATTORNEY (POWER OF ATTORNEY TO SUBLET, SELL, BUY A PROPERTY OR TO SIGN DOCUMENTS)

A person can appoint someone to sign a document or to perform certain tasks on his bahalf by signing a document called a 'Power of Attorney' before a solicitor.

This document has far reaching consequences and the perosn appointed should be someone who is reliable, and should be closely related to the said person.

The document is valid until revoked or expiry or until the death of the donee, whichever is earlier.

If you wish to appoint someone to be your Attorney under a Power of Attorney for sublet, sale or purchase of your HDB flat, please submit to us the required information in the form below and the email us the relevant documents.

For applicants above 21 years old: (a) A copy of applicant’s NRIC scanned clearly (front and back) (b) A copy of the attorney's NRIC.

The PA should be ready within three working days upon payment of S$250. Payment must be made before we process the same. The charges may change from time to time, and is only applicable for PA sign in Singapore in relation to HDB flats only. Fpr private properties or to deal with bank accounts etc, separate charges and timeline apply
