REQUEST FOR COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS/NOTARY PUBLIC
We provide the following services:
- Witnessing the execution of Statutory Declarations, Affidavits, Conveyancing documents, Corporate Documents ;
- Certifying true copies of documents;
- Attendance at clients' offices, home, hospitals,prisons departments to witness the documents in (1) above.
The charges for attestation of the Statutory Declarations or affidavits at our office: $20/- per signature, and $5/- per exhibit. For certifying true copy of documents, the charges are S$20/- per signature. For documents that require attestation before a notary public, S$40/- per signature
The charges for attendance outside our office vary from case to case. Please call 6534 1328 to make the request or submit the following :
Prior payment is required for such attendance outside our office and is subject to the availability of our Commissioner/Notary.
